Shipping policy

We only exchange items if they are damaged, defective, or we have sent you the wrong product or size. If the error is ours, the shipping costs will be paid by us. If you do not like the article, if you want to change it for another size or similar, we do not make these types of changes. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return the one you don't want to us so that we can process your refund. Then send the item(s) to:

It is your responsibility that the item reaches us in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the charges associated with shipping the item. Returns will only be valid for items purchased on the web. Purchases made in the physical store will only have an exchange option.
