REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDLeg. 1/2007, modified by Law 3/2014) establishes that, as a customer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract for your online order. In this case, we will process a full refund for the items you purchased and the cost of Standard shipping if you have paid for shipping (when you return the entire order). In order to return an order, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. There are a number of items that are exempt from returns.
We try to accept all returns. Returns must still have the original labels but do not have to be in the same packaging in which it was delivered. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough so that they are not damaged on the way to us. The cost of return shipping is at your expense, while the cost of standard shipping will be refundable, if you paid the first time. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in inappropriate condition, we may have to send it back to you (shipping cost will be at your expense). In this case, we will not process the refund. It is your responsibility that the return arrives in perfect condition.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your chosen payment method, credit card or PayPal, within a few days. If the item we receive is not subject to our return policy, that is, the item arrives damaged, dirty, used or in another way that is not the condition in which you received it, it is up to us not to refund the money.
LATE OR LOST REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you still haven't received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your bank, as refunds sometimes take a while to process. If after this, you have not received your return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
THE INCORRECT AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED
We are very sorry that an error was made in your return. Please, get in touch with our Customer Service team (email@example.com) who will try to solve the error as soon as possible. The following factors may affect the amount that has been returned to you:
- Any discount that was applied at the time of sale will be applied. You will be refunded the amount you have paid per item.
- If you have purchased an item where shipping was free, this cost will be at your expense. It means that it will be subtracted from the amount you have paid for the item.
We only exchange items if they are damaged, defective, or we have sent you the wrong product or size. If the error is ours, the shipping costs will be paid by us. If you do not like the article, if you want to change it for another size or similar, we do not make these types of changes. It is your responsibility that the item reaches us in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the charges associated with shipping the item. In case of return, the amount of the items will be refunded according to our refund policy, except for shipping charges. For international shipments or outside the European Union including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. IN PHYSICAL STORE
Regarding purchases you have made in our physical store: if you want to change an item before 14 calendar days after the purchase, you can do so in our store.
- If you choose to exchange for another item with a higher price, you must pay the difference.
- If the value of the new purchase is lower, you will be offered a voucher for the amount of the difference to use in our physical store (voucher with expiration of 30 calendar days).
- If you do not want to change the product for another immediately, you can obtain a voucher for the full value of your purchase to spend in a physical store (voucher with expiration of 30 calendar days).
Refunds will not be available for purchases made in the physical store, and will only be valid for items purchased on the web. Purchases made in the physical store will only have an exchange option. In the event of requesting a refund for an online purchase, as long as it complies with our policy, it will be processed automatically through the payment method chosen during the purchase, either credit card or PayPal, in the following days. If you want to manage it in our physical store, please come with the order number so that we can manage it as quickly as possible.
